Members can join a division of their interest and work to advance the organization’s goals by fulfilling the tasks and projects of the specific division. Members sacrifice the flexibility of a volunteer for stability and quality of work in their division.

If you are interested in becoming a member of SMOA, please complete the application below and you will receive an email from a representative will assign you to an SMOA division and guide you through the company orientation. After you are oriented and familiar with company procedure, a member of your assigned division will contact you detailing your tasks and providing other division-specific information. Time Commitment
Potential applicants must be aware of the time commitments associated with becoming a member of SMOA. Members are required to responsibly complete assignments in a timely manner while maintaining communication with project leader or assigned supervisor. The time commitment of a member is about 2-3 hours a week, depending on the division and current projects.
